2023 has brought a return to something resembling normal life for many people following the pandemic. Despite this, nurses in the community and primary care continue to face numerous challenges including workforce shortages, the hangover of Covid-19, the continuing rise in the cost of living and the effects of industrial action.
To help cushion community nurses from all this, the QNI aims to deliver a conference that is full of inspiration, constructive ideas, practical updates, and thought-provoking sessions.
This year's theme is, 'In the Spotlight - Nurses Leading Care in People's Homes and Communities' and it will feature a large range of uplifting and absorbing speakers to help you return to work feeling energised and connected.
